1975
Kalamafka Ierapetra
Grandfather Manolis Malliotakis Manolis starts to be active in marketing, buying olive oil from the producers of the province of Ierapetra. The storage and distribution was done in barrels by the grandfather and the farmers themselves.
1980
Lasithi
From 1980 onwards, the purchases were extended to the wider area of the prefecture of Lasithi.


90'
Facilities
In the 90s
storage is now in plastic tanks suitable for foodstuffs.
2000
Crete
In 2000 the business is transferred to Malliotaki Maria, the eldest daughter of the family. The marketing extends to all four prefectures of our island. Storage is in stainless steel tanks


2005
Exports
In 2005, sales are also going outside the borders of our country. Actively involved in the export of olive oil in bulk.
2010
ELASION
In 2010, ELASION was born and the company became active in the field of standardization, making a dream of many years come true. Our warehouse now has a capacity of 1000 tons and our products become internationally recognized, bearing distinctions and all the necessary certifications.
