Elasion Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from carefully selected olive groves of Crete, offering intense aromas and a fruity taste. Its yellow-green color and smooth, creamy texture reflect its exceptional quality. Each olive is strictly inspected, and through cold extraction on the very same day of harvest, this premium olive oil is produced.
Elasion is ideal both for home cooking and for the Horeca sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, etc.). It can be used in all types of cooking—from sautéing and roasting to frying and sauce preparation—adding unique aroma and flavor to every dish.
