Execution
In a bowl, combine the water, olive oil, milk, yeast and sugar. Add some flour and salt. Knead the remaining flour until you have a soft dough that sticks a little.
Grease your hands and form small balls of dough. Take one ball and roll out a round in the palm of your hand, put a spoonful of the sourdough in the middle. Enclose the filling inside the dough and create a ball again, gently press down with your hands until it forms a mat.
Spread the chastisements on a floured surface until done. Leave in a warm place until they rise.
Fry in plenty of olive oil Gold Elasion on both sides until golden. Remove to a plate with paper towels.
Serve with honey or petimezi.

300g sour cream or feta cheese
