Method

First, season the fish with salt and pepper and pour the lemon juice over it. Inside, add the parsley sprigs and a slice of lemon.

Peel and slice the onions and garlic, spread them on a baking tray and slice the three tomatoes on top, also in slices.

Finely chop fresh parsley and season lightly with salt. Place the fish on top of the vegetables and spread slices of tomato.

We drizzle with olive oil and wine. You don’t need to add water, the vegetables will release enough water and the food will be tastier.

Cover with non-stick paper and aluminum foil or with a lid if using a pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Five minutes before the food is ready, uncover and allow the food to brown.

50ml white wine

juice of one lemon
